Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the white and whole wheat bread cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in the preheated oven, or until evenly toasted. Transfer toasted bread cubes to a large bowl.

In a medium mixing bowl put the crab meat, scallions, bread crumbs, Old Bay, cheese and eggs season with the salt. Then lightly toss all ingredients until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 1 hour or more.

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast, 6 oz, pounded flat
2 c. Panko Breadcrumbs (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. Milk
2 c. A/P Flour, seasoned
1/4 c. House Seasoning (your favorite meat seasoning will suffice)

Heat the oil and melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Saute and stir the onion in the butter and oil under tender.  Mix the carrots and squash into the pot. Pour in vegetable stock, and season with salt, pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are tender.

2 tablespoons wasabi powder
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 pound fresh tuna

Deep fry chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown. Drizzle sesame dressing over lettuce mixture. Cool fried chicken and place in metal bowl. Toss chicken pieces in the sauces, covering them, place chicken over lettuce at rim of plate. Sprinkle Chow Mein noodles, oranges and almonds.
