GRAND RAPIDS - The City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department announced today as of November 22, 2009, recreational programming located at the Paul I. Phillips Gym will end and will be moved to the Garfield Park Gym, located at 2111 Madison Avenue S.E.
