UPDATE (Tuesday 12:00 p.m.)-- Detectives are identifying the suspect as Xavier Davis, 26.

ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- A man accused of peeping in the windows of Ottawa County homes will appear in court Monday.
Deputies say they caught a 26-year-old Allendale Township man on Friday while he was looking in someone's window.
They believe he's responsible for similar peeping incidents and at least one recent break-in in Allendale Township.
His name is not being released until he appears in court.
