LAKEVIEW, Mich. (WZZM) - The Robo Stir is a battery operated, three speed automatic mixer that you simply immerse in your soups of sauces and it does the stirring for you.
When Lisa Jensen emailed me about the Robo Stir, she had her sausage gravy in mind. It's something you have to constantly stir, which makes it hard to make other things.
Problem with the Robo Stir, it seemed to gravitate to only one side of the pot, leaving the other side unstirred. It made a pretty loud vibrating noise as well.
When we poured out Lisa's gravy, there were flour clumps that definitely didn't get mixed, and despite using a non-stick pan, there was gravy stuck to the bottom.
The Robo Stir is only $9.99 and can be found at a number of places that sell "As Seen On TV" products, but Lisa says she wouldn't bother.
