1 pound Local, Fresh Green beens NOT snipped
2-3 TBSP Fustini's Sesame Oil
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
Liberally Salt and Pepper to taste

Blanch beens in salted water for 2 minutes, the strain and shock.

Shocking is the process of after straining pasta or veggies, you dunk them in cold water to stop the cooking process

Now toss all ingredients with oil, seeds, salt and pepper.

DONE!
Let guests each them with their fingers, utilizing stem as "handle"!

Modification, a lattice of your favorite chili sauce like SRIRACHA for color and KICK!
